Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase! In-stock items that are ready to ship will be sent via USPS in most cases. Expected basic pricing for shipping and packaging has been estimated for these items.  I will send you notification of shipment when they have been mailed. If you wish for expedited shipment, please contact me so I can quote you exactly.

 

Some items in my shop are available for customization of color and size and are printed in my integrated lab upon order. These items will follow the printers, process, production methods, and timelines. 

I hear you, waiting for shipping is so annoying these days! I will do my best to give you the fastest economical shipping that I can locate. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return or replacement requests should be made to me directly for all items shipped by me personally. If you ordered an item from the printing company and have an issue, please let me know so I can find your answers. Returns of items in new condition will be offered an exchange, return shipping will not be provided. Due to the nature of custom or personalized items, returns of these special orders may not be accepted.

Items ordered are processed as quickly as possible, so if you wish to change your order, please let me know immediately.

 

If a jewelry item is broken in transit, please send me a picture so I can see what may have happened to either the packaging or item, but I will replace it as well. Likewise, if you have any issue with your purchase, please let me know so I can try to solve the problem.
